• The merchant must be an Authorized Canadian Dealer of that brand. (Which also means the site must be a Canadian based if it is an online retailer)
• Only one time price adjustment is allowed and only 3 of the same item number per customer.
• No other offer, promotion or incentive that may otherwise be provided by BestContacts.ca has been utilized or accepted by customer.
• BestContacts.ca must be able to confirm the lower price. An unconfirmed price will not be honored.
• 110% Lowest Price Guarantee is subject to change without prior notice.
• Shipping & handling charges, sales taxes and other charges (if any) will be included in determining the price difference.
