Although we stock 90% of our most common lenses, some lenses (toric, multifocal or high power) are custom ordered. Deliveries will be as soon as possible to the address on your order. Shipments are subject to delays outside our control. The overall delivery period should not exceed 20 days.

All orders placed after 3:30 EST will not be shipped until the next business day.
U.S. orders shipping timeframe do not include any unforseen custom delay.
All Canadian orders will ship through CanadaPost with tracking number.
All US orders will ship through CanadaPost or Fedex depends on the area. We will try to use the fastest shipping method available.
