Thank you for choosing BestContacts. These general terms and conditions are applicable to any use of this website.
Valid Prescription Required
You hereby certify that you have a valid prescription for the contact lenses that you are ordering. You represent and warrant to BestContacts by placing an order that your information you enter into the Site is valid and true and matches exactly your prescription as provided by your eye care provider. You further certify that you will renew your prescription in strict accordance with your eye care provider's suggested regime. You understand that BestContacts will not fulfill your order unless you have a valid prescription. You hereby consent to our contacting your eye care provider, if necessary, to verify your prescription information and any other necessary information.
Color and Product Description
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We have attempted to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
30-Day Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided that the box are unopened, unmarked, undamaged, and in original condition with packaging. Such returns will receive credit in full, excluding any shipping charges. We cannot accept opened boxes and vials, as we are unable to return these to the manufacturer.
*A $10.00 restocking fee may apply on returned products.
Orders can only be cancelled if manufacturers have not yet send out the lens. Cancellation after the manufacturers have send out the lens will incur a $10.00 restocking fee per each manufacturer.
Defective Products
In the unlikely event you receive a defective lens, do not throw the lens away. It may need to be returned to the manufacturer for analysis. Provided the lens manufacturer agrees the lens is defective, a replacement lens will be issued at no cost. Please note that defective lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same lens and prescription. We cannot issue refunds for defective items.
Returns Procedure
Before returning items, please contact our customer support department (by email or phone). If emailing, please include your name, order number, the reason for the return in the email. If calling, please have this information available. Our customer support department will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return procedure. This RMA number should be written in the address portion of your return package.
